To clear all data for a specific user:

The year digits will begin flashing. Press to change the year, then press SET to confirm.

Pull the cuff snug around your arm and secure the hook-and-loop fastener.

Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the monitor.

Once completed, the cuff deflates entirely. Your Systolic pressure, Diastolic pressure, and Pulse rate will display simultaneously on the LCD screen.

Stay completely still. Do not talk, move, or shake your arm during testing. Cuff inflation error or leak

Before you begin, ensure your RAK283 kit includes the following essentials:

Displays Systolic pressure, Diastolic pressure, Pulse rate, Date/Time, User Profile (A/B), and irregular heartbeat alerts.

When storing long-term, remove the batteries to prevent corrosive leaks. Store the device inside its protective pouch away from extreme temperatures (under -20°C or over 55°C), moisture, and direct, intense sunlight.

Press the button. The monitor will beep, and the screen will briefly flash all display characters.

Rest your left arm on a flat table or armrest so that the cuff sits at the exact same level as your heart. Relax your hand with your palm facing upward. Applying the Arm Cuff Correctly

Built-in sensor alerts you to irregular heartbeats during testing.
